During my stay in California, the hotel where I lodged featured a successful blend of traditional and modern elements. The 24-hour front desk at the property provided convenience, ensuring a smooth check-in process at any hour. The complimentary WiFi throughout added a modern touch, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly.However, I must note that while the facilities were adequate, the pool seemed neglected, with a concerning green tint and visible algae. This aspect could benefit from greater attention and maintenance. Though the staff were polite, there was room for improvement in their understanding and friendliness towards guests, enhancing the overall customer service experience.Despite these minor setbacks, the property's location and amenities offered a decent stay, albeit with some areas for enhancement.
